GFO 5-Star Signature Rate Resort 'Signature' awards are only conferred on Resorts where all Resort Accommodation is inspected and accredited and is in addition to the Accreditation Star level awarded. The Guild of Florida Owners (GFO) is an independent organization created in August 2002 with the aim of providing a reliable tool to:

  • Allow owners and managers of vacation homes and vacation home resorts in Central Florida to demonstrate the quality and facilities offered by them to potential renters of the property, by means of an independent organization.
  • Allow visitors to Central Florida to be able to judge the quality and facilities of homes from the huge number of homes offered for vacation rental in the area.
