Superior offers full rental and management services to keep home-owners' properties in excellent condition, which is especially beneficial to owners out of the state or country. To ensure that owning a resort home is not a stressful experience when you're not there to look after it, we offer a range of maintenance services, including pool cleaning, pest control, lawn care, general maintenance and house cleaning, with owners receiving an itemized monthly income and expenditure statement.

All Superior customers that own homes in Florida are given a unique login and password that enables them to access an Owners web site. This on-line service allows them to view their past and present maintenance and service charge summaries at their convenience.

Financial & Mortgage Services

Each of our professional advisers has over 25 years experience in finance. We have provided mortgage advice and assistance to many clients buying property in Florida enabling them to reach their goals.

We provide:

  • Independent Mortgage advice from fully qualified British and US advisors;
  • Advice based on your circumstances and plans;

Rental Services

For Florida owners to maximize their rental returns, homes must be:

  • Within a reasonable distance of the attractions in Orlando (20 minutes drive or less).
  • In an approved community which is zoned for short-term rental.
  • Built to quality standards including features such as air-conditioning, heated pool and landscaped gardens.
  • Furnished and equipped to quality standards.
  • Preferably within one of Superior's own developments.

Rental Services can be provided by our reservations sales team who work with leading tour operators. Superior can assist you with everything you need to start renting out your property. We take care of:

  • Secure registration with the State of Florida Sales Tax authorities.
  • Obtain a hotel/motel lodging license.
  • Install fire extinguisher, door locks and interlinked smoke detectors (required by law).
  • Provide advice on suitable furnishing and equipment for rental market.
  • Market your property as available for rent on a short-term basis, either alone or in conjunction with other properties in our portfolio.
  • Collect rental income generated on your behalf, deduct a modest commission, and pay the balance into the client account maintained on behalf of all owners, crediting the sum to your specific account.
  • Collect a security deposit from each party prior to check-in.
  • Maintain a Sales and Use Tax Register on your behalf and pay the authorities the sales tax collected from bookings placed by us.
  • Provide you with a monthly statement.
  • Pay to you or your U.S. bank account any surplus remaining - within 20 days of the end of the month in question, subject to retaining a pre-agreed float in our bank account.
  • Provide you with on-line booking capability, allowing you to check your monthly statements, work orders and charges, and to view reservations and availability in real-time.
